Embark on an exciting journey as a 2nd Engineer on our modern offshore service operation vessels (SOV) located in France with OSM Thome. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our vessel operations.
Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the engine room operations.
Maintain and repair machinery and equipment as needed.
Monitor and manage engine performance parameters and fuel consumption.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Valid Certificate of Competency as a 2nd Engineer.
Previous experience on offshore vessels preferred.
Strong knowledge of engine room systems and maintenance procedures.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Fluency in technical English communication.
