We are looking for talented individuals to fill the roles of Steward/Stewardess, Chief Cook, Night Cook/Baker, and 2nd Cook/Assistant Cook. Steward/Stewardess: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of living quarters, support dining services, and coordinate guest hospitality.
Chief Cook: Lead the galley team, oversee meal preparation ensuring high standards, manage supplies, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Night Cook/Baker: Prepare meals during the night shifts, bake fresh goods, and uphold food safety regulations.
2nd Cook/Assistant Cook: Assist in food preparation, support the Chief Cook, and help maintain kitchen operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and crew preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas.
Manage food inventory and stock levels for efficient meal service.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of all aboard.
Requirements:
Relevant maritime and culinary experience.
Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic safety training and certifications as per maritime standards.
