Dynamic Positioning Operator (DPO) Available!

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: – Monitor and communicate DP equipment and operational issues to Marine Management, ensuring full functionality and maintenance per company requirements. – Assist in completing ISM documentation, maintaining the shift handover book, and coordinating with department heads on operational matters. – Oversee vessel movements in DP, focusing on position, sensors, thruster response, and available power; respond to weather conditions and other vessel movements that may affect operations. – Ensure proper operation of navigation equipment, maintain Bridge/Control Room readiness, and update navigational charts and publications as required. – Assist with maintenance of lifesaving, firefighting equipment, and emergency duties as directed by the Senior D.P.O. – Administer Permit to Work processes, handle vessel-related administration, and carry out other duties as directed by Senior D.P.O. and Marine Management.

REQUIRED: – Dynamic Positioning Operator’s Certificate – USCG Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) – STCW Medical Certificate – Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) – RigPass or SafeGulf – THUET/BOSIET/FOET
