OSM Thome is seeking an experienced Electro Technical Officer (ETO) for an offshore support vessel in Taiwan. This is a prime opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and maintain the vessel’s electrical systems.
Terms and Conditions:
6 weeks on/off
420 USD per day
Contract type – Temporary
Minimum 2 years of experience in the rank on a DP2 vessel with the Kongsberg system
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical equipment onboard.
Ensure the safe operation of electrical systems and power management.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
Collaborate with the engineering team for efficient operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an ETO, preferably on offshore vessels.
Valid ETO Certification and STCW endorsements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
