Deck Leader – Offshore Supply Vessel

Are you experienced in lifting, rigging, and slinging operations? Ready to lead a deck crew and ensure safe, efficient offshore work?
We’re looking for a self-sufficient Deck Leader to take charge of all project-related deck operations.
Location: USA
Start: week 45
Duration: one trip
Requirements:
✅Valid US Visa
✅Full GWO certification
✅Solid experience in lifting & rigging
✅Strong leadership and coordination skills
You’ll collaborate with:
Vessel ABs – crane ops & support
Welder/Rigger – mutual assistance
HSE Officer – lift plans, safety walks, permits
Trencher Team – maintenance & lifting support
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all project lifts and sea fastening
Generate/review lift plans & permits
Maintain rigging gear and lifting equipment
Support trencher maintenance (motors, pumps, swords, chains)
Ensure deck safety, cleanliness, and readiness
