Deck Shift Leader (First or Second Deck Engineer level)

at TOS - Energy & Maritime Crew (Anywhere)

We are currently looking for a Deck Shift Leader (First or Second Deck Engineer level) who is able to lead and coordinate a deck team effectively.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a Second Deck Engineer
- Proven ability to lead a team on deck
- Strong operational and safety mindset
- Experience on large offshore / heavy-lift type projects is highly preferred
