We are looking for an experienced Master for a permanent position on an SOV/W2W vessel. The candidate will have a key role in complex offshore operations, and solid experience from a similar position is an absolute requirement.

We are seeking a structured and proactive leader who thrives in takeover and start‑up phases. The candidate must be confident in the role and capable of handling claims, warranties, and technical/operational clarifications in a professional manner.

Qualification Requirements: – Certificate of Competency: Master Mariner (STCW II/2) – Documented experience from advanced offshore operations – DP Unlimited – GOC/GMDSS – Valid STCW Medical Certificate – Valid STCW safety training applicable to the position – Security Duties – Experience with vessel takeover, start‑up phases, and project establishment – Ability to handle claims and warranty matters – Strong leadership skills and excellent understanding of client needs
