- Second Officer (mandatory experience on cement carrier) – 3 months contract – Second Engineer (mandatory experience on 4 stroke main engine – preferable Daihatsu) – 3 months contract – Third Engineer – 3 months contract – Bosun (STCW II/5) – 4 months contract – 2 x A/B (STCW II/5) – 4 months contract – Fitter – 4 months contract – Oiler (STCW III/4) – 4 months contract
