2nd Cook / Assistant Cook on offshore CSOV in France

at OSM Thome (Anywhere)

Join OSM Thome, IWS as 2nd Cook / Assistant Cook on offshore Service Operation Vessels (CSOV) in France. You will support the galley team to provide good, safe and nutritious food for the crew and offshore personnel.

Key responsibilities:
Assist Chief Cook in daily food preparation and cooking
Prepare salads, side dishes, desserts and baking as required
Keep galley, mess room and stores clean and in good order
Follow hygiene, safety and HACCP standards at all times
Assist with receiving, checking and proper storage of provisions
Help manage stock rotation and reduce food waste
Requirements:
Experience as 2nd Cook / Assistant Cook, preferably offshore or at sea
Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness for offshore work
Basic food handling / hygiene certificates
Good English communication skills
Ability to work in shifts and in a small multinational crew
Positive attitude, reliable and safety-minded
