Chief Cook wanted for AHTS vessel in North Sea Waters. Join OSM Thome and lead galley operations offshore.
Join OSM Thome as Chief Cook on board an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel trading in North Sea waters. You will manage the galley and provision stores, preparing good, nutritious meals for the crew in safe and sometimes challenging offshore conditions.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Chief Cook, preferably on offshore or AHTS vessels
Valid STCW certificates and medical suitable for offshore work
Strong knowledge of galley safety, food hygiene and stock control
Ability to work independently and serve mixed-nationality crews
Good English communication skills
