Night Chief Cook to join a jack-up vessel with a start date of 27 July

at TOS - Energy & Maritime Crew (Anywhere)

We are currently looking for an experienced Night Chief Cook to join a jack-up vessel with a start date of 27 July.
Rotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off
POB: Approximately 600
Candidates must have the right to work in EU waters.
We are looking for a professional who can thrive in a fast-paced offshore environment and has:
✔️ Experience managing large POB operations (600+)
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔️ The ability to lead, train and supervise the night galley team
✔️ Experience working with multinational crews, particularly Indonesian crews
✔️ Ability to provide on-the-job training
✔️ Baking skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ A hands-on attitude and leads by example
✔️ A long-term commitment and professional mindset
Mandatory Certificates & Documents:
Valid Passport
Valid Seaman’s Book
Valid Seafarer’s Medical
Valid OGUK Offshore Medical
STCW Basic Safety Training (A-VI/1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4)
STCW Security Awareness (A-VI/6-1)
OPITO HUET including CA-EBS
Elementary Food Hygiene
English Test – Maritime Standard Phrases
