Offshore Marine Super Intendant

Position: Marine Super Intendant
Location: Dubai office or West Africa, depending on operational requirements.
Fleet: DP2 PSV / offshore support vessels.
Employement: Permanent
Nationality: Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, or South Africa
Salary: salary will be discussed but please indicate salary expectation
Rotation: 12 months paid - one month is annual leave and 11 months office-based work hrs away
Working hours: 5 days a week and 2 days off weekly

Requirements:

Ideally 5–10+ years in offshore marine operations, with proven PSV/DP previous experience as mariner on board/handling DP2 PSV in West Africa under different charters
Previous working as a Marine Super Intendant on will be an advantage
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently between Dubai, West Africa and vessels as required.
Marine Operations: Oversee safe, efficient and compliant vessel operations.
DP Operations: Strong understanding of DP2 operations, DP assurance and offshore activities.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate with Masters, Chief Engineers and technical teams on operational matters.
HSE & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, Flag, Class and client requirements.
Client Interface: Support client requirements, inspections, audits and operational meetings.
Crew: Work closely with Crewing on competence, performance, rotation and mobilization requirements.
Vessel Visits: Conduct regular vessel inspections and onboard visits in West Africa. Incident Management: Support investigation and follow-up of marine incidents, near misses and deficiencies.
Performance: Monitor vessel KPIs, downtime, operational efficiency and corrective actions.
Commercial Support: Provide marine/operational input for tenders, budgets and new vessel mobilization.
