Offshore Main Crane Operator with proven expertise in operating 400T+ main cranes onboard heavy-lift

We are looking for an experienced Offshore Main Crane Operator with proven expertise in operating 400T+ main cranes onboard heavy-lift vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Safely operate main cranes within load, reach, weather amp; sea-state limitations.
▪ Execute heavy lifts and basket transfers in accordance with approved procedures
▪ Coordinate lifting operations with Deck Foreman, Bridge, Supervisors amp;
Vessel Equipment teams.
▪ Manage crane interactions during simultaneous/multi-crane operations.
▪ Conduct daily/weekly crane inspections, routine maintenance amp; logbook updates.
▪ Identify equipment issues and stop lifting operations when safety or technical conditions require.
▪ Ensure strict compliance with HSE, lifting procedures and safe working practices.

Requirements:
Stage 3 Certification
Extensive offshore experience on heavy-lift vessels
Proven experience operating 400T+ main cranes
Offshore Crane Operator certification — Level 2/Level 3, as applicable
Strong awareness of lifting safety, vessel stability and crane limitations.
