Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a PSV operating offshore the United Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on C/O with strong deck and cargo skills, good bridge management practice, and a solid safety mindset.

Key responsibilities:
Assist the Master in safe navigation and overall vessel operations.
Plan and supervise deck and cargo/DP-related operations.
Lead and manage deck crew, ensuring safe work practices.
Oversee stability, loading, discharge, and ballast operations.
Maintain deck equipment, safety gear, and documentation.
Support implementation of SMS, drills, and emergency response.
Requirements:
Valid Chief Mate / Chief Officer STCW license for offshore service.
Previous experience as C/O or 2/O on PSV or similar offshore vessels.
Valid Full DP certificate
European national preferably
All mandatory STCW certificates and valid medical fitness.
Good English communication skills and strong safety focus.
