Chief Officer on an Offshore Well Stimulation Vessel in Congo

Set sail with OSM Thome as Chief Officer on an Offshore Well Stimulation Vessel in Congo. We are looking for an experienced and safety-minded leader to support deck operations and vessel management offshore.

Key responsibilities:
Assist the Master in the safe navigation and overall operation of the vessel
Plan and supervise deck and cargo/chemical handling operations for well stimulation
Lead, train and manage deck crew to ensure safe and efficient work practices
Maintain and monitor stability, ballast, and cargo condition at all times
Ensure compliance with company procedures, flag state, class and international regulations
Oversee maintenance of deck equipment, safety gear and LSA/FFA
Requirements:
Valid Chief Officer / Chief Mate license (STCW II/2) with offshore experience
Previous service as Chief Officer or strong 1/O experience on offshore/support vessels
Experience in well stimulation or related offshore operations is an advantage
Valid STCW certificates, medical and offshore survival certificates as required
Strong safety mindset, leadership skills and good English communication
