Nordcrewing is looking for an experienced Able Seaman for a Norwegian general cargo / fish-feed carrier operating in Scotland.
Trading area: Scotland
Expected joining: around 8 December 2026
Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
Permanent employment opportunity
Salary: NOK 66,158 gross fixed monthly salary for candidates with 15 years or more seniority

We are looking for a strong, experienced and practical AB – someone with a traditional seafarer mentality who is not afraid of hands-on work, takes pride in vessel maintenance and is comfortable taking responsibility for maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
▪️ Able Seafarer Deck certificate
▪️ Valid seafarer’s medical certificate
▪️ Bridge Watchkeeping certificate
▪️ Valid ISPS training certificate – online course can be arranged if needed
▪️ Valid permission to enter the UK, if required
▪️European Union Citizenship is a must
