Second Officer – Bunker Tanker

Navigation officer, reporting to the Master. You will handle passage planning, keep navigation and cargo watches and support bunker delivery operations, in line with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM and ISPS.

Requirements:

• At least 2 contracts as Second Officer on product/bunker tankers
• Experience with CPP cargoes and Framo cargo pumps
• Valid STCW II/1 CoC, Advanced Oil Tanker (V/1-1) and all required certificates
• Willing to work in Yemen waters

Characteristics & skills:

• Passage planning, ECDIS and ARPA
• Cargo watch during bunker deliveries
• Framo cargo pump operation
• Tank ullaging, sounding and sampling
• Ship-to-ship mooring operations
• Chart and publication corrections
• LSA and FFA maintenance

Trading Area
The vessel works as an MGO bunker supplier in this area:

Yemen and Fujairah anchorage
No Strait of Hormuz transits
Currently in Shinas, Oman
IBF bonus paid in addition to salary
